I'm Tom K. Tran — an operator, strategist, and builder. I've spent over a decade in digital marketing, going from freelance designer to founding two companies and building AI-powered growth systems.

The Story
From doing everything to building everything.
I started where most operators start — doing everything myself. Designing flyers, editing videos, running social media accounts, building websites at 2 AM. I was the one-man agency before I even knew what an agency was.
That scrappiness served me well. I built TNT Digital Marketing from the ground up, serving 150+ businesses with high-converting digital assets and marketing systems.
But around 2019, I hit the ceiling that every operator hits. Revenue was growing, but so was the chaos. I was working in the business so hard that I couldn't work on it. Sound familiar?
The breakthrough wasn't working harder. It was rebuilding everything with intentional architecture.
I stripped my operations to the studs. Every system had to earn its place. Every process had to multiply output without multiplying effort. I applied the same frameworks I used for clients — but to myself.
When AI tools became viable in 2023, I didn't just adopt them. I engineered complete systems around them. That's how AI Growth Labs was born — to help other operators install the same leverage.
